Contract Review
Fixed fee · Delivered in 72 hours Request This Review

Ideal for: homeowners and developers reviewing a procurement package, BOQ, or contract before signing.

An independent, structured review of your procurement package before you commit. We examine what has been priced, what has been specified, and where your contractual exposure is — then deliver a clear report with specific actions.

  • BOQ cost validation and line-item benchmarking
  • Specification review — over-engineering and unnecessary substitution
  • Supplier and sourcing analysis — conflict of interest checks
  • Contract commercial risk — liability, scope creep, payment terms
  • 4–8 page report: executive summary, findings, ranked recommendations
  • Same-day follow-up call on delivery
  • Independence declaration — no relationship with any referenced party

Strategy Session
Fixed fee · 90 minutes Book a Session

Ideal for: owners in early planning, evaluating procurement approach, or navigating a contractor or supplier situation.

A 90-minute structured advisory session for clients at the pre-commitment decision stage. We diagnose, not prescribe — our role is to surface the risks and options you have not yet seen, so your next decision is made from a clearer position.

  • Pre-session document review (what you send in advance)
  • Structured 90-minute session — questions, findings, priorities
  • Commercial risk mapping specific to your situation
  • Recommended next steps — written within 24 hours of session
  • Option to upgrade to Contract Review or Full Engagement after session

  • Full BOQ validation and cost benchmarking across all packages
  • Supplier and subcontractor evaluation — capability, financial standing, conflict of interest
  • Contract negotiation support — terms, risk allocation, payment structures

Pricing Principles

Why the model is built this way.

Fixed fee rewards results, not time spent.

Hourly billing creates an incentive for inefficiency. The longer the engagement, the more the advisor earns. Our fixed fee means we are paid for the value of the finding, not the hours logged to find it.

Prepaid protects independence.

If payment depends on what we find, the finding is at risk. Payment before work begins removes that risk completely. Our conclusion is never shaped by the desire to receive it.

Zero commissions means zero conflicted advice.

Referral fees and supplier kickbacks are common in this market. They are also the reason advisory is so often useless. We take nothing from any party other than the client.

The fee is small relative to what it protects.

A QAR 3,500 review on a QAR 3,000,000 commitment is not a cost. It is an asymmetric bet. One finding that changes a decision — or prevents a bad one — covers the fee many times over.
